Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no resources from third-party services: fonts are served from our own server. No consent banner is therefore required.

Personal data

Server logs: like any web server, ours records the IP address, date, requested page and browser. These logs are used only for security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest) and are kept for no more than 14 days.

Contact form: the information you enter (subject, name, company, e-mail, phone, message) is sent by e-mail to InstaClaim AI and used only to answer your request and follow up on our relationship. It is not stored on the website server. It is kept in our mailbox for the duration of the business relationship, then for no more than three years after the last contact.

Advertising origin: if you reach the site from a Google ad, the click identifier and campaign parameters contained in the page address are sent with your request, so we can measure how our ads perform. This information travels only through the page address: no cookie is set and no tracker is installed.

Anti-robot protection: the form uses ALTCHA, an open-source mechanism hosted on our own server. Your browser solves a small computation; no cookie is set and no data is sent to any third-party service.

Location: the server is located in Canada, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Recipients: your data is processed by InstaClaim AI. Two processors are involved: OVH SAS for website hosting, and Microsoft for business e-mail (Microsoft 365, covered by its standard contractual clauses). It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on your data.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to anis.hajri@instaclaim.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
